You can request a return within 14 days of receiving your order if:

🍼 Note: For hygiene and safety reasons, certain baby products cannot be returned once opened — this includes:

Pacifiers, feeding bottles, teething toys, and nursing items

Any item marked as “Final Sale” or “Non-returnable”

Our team will review your request and provide a return shipping address and instructions (if eligible).

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you by email.

Shipping costs are non-refundable, unless the return is due to our error (e.g., wrong or defective item).

We only replace items if they are defective, damaged, or incorrect.

🛍️ 7. Damaged or Defective Products
If your product arrives damaged or defective, please reach out to us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos.
We’ll send a replacement or issue a full refund — no extra cost to you.
