Eligibility for Returns

Items must be returned within 15 days of delivery.

Non-Returnable Items

Pacifiers, feeding bottles, and hygiene-related products (for safety reasons).

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, a refund will be processed to your original payment method.

Exchanges

We only replace defective or damaged items. Please email us at shopcubbycare@gmail.com with pictures of the product.
